Welcome

From all the folks at Living For The Brand Cowboy Church... WELCOME!

Living For The Brand Cowboy Church was organized in 2000 when a group of fellows decided to form a small church and get back to simple Bible teaching and worship. They recognized the need in this small country town of Athens, Texas to reach out to their buddies and their families that didn't feel comfortable attending traditional church services. LFTB was started with 8 people. Out of that 8, one had a harmonica and keyboard and another had a guitar. Those 8 began to meet in the J.D. Lewis Arena of the Henderson County Regional Fair Park. Today, Living For The Brand sits on 20 plus acres on North East Loop 7 in Athens, Texas and is the home of the Aubrey Daniel Memorial Arena.

Each Sunday Morning, between 500-600 folks, from all walks of life and all denominational backgrounds, gather at Living For The Brand to hear God's word preached and worship together. The Gospel of Jesus is presented in a manner that is easy to understand and practical for everyday life application.

The music is different here, and we like it that way! It's a little country, a little western, a little swing, a little bluegrass, and whole lot of gospel that lifts up the name of Jesus during worship time. We don't sing from hymnals and we don't pass an offering plate. The dress is casual--mostly jeans, but however you are comfortable is how we want you to come. We believe that God is more concerned about where you are going than where you have been. So no matter what your situation in life, come as you are!

You're always welcome at Living For The Brand Cowboy Church.

Church News:

Dear Fellow Servants,
I wanted to let you know that we will not be having any church events that involve 10 or more people for the next 14 days due to the Coronavirus outbreak. This will include all arena events that were scheduled during this time. I was reluctant to do this until it was requested by our President and the Attorney General Monday and Tuesday. I know this will disrupt all of our lives, but we will get through this.

The band and the ministerial staff will be producing a video to put on our website (http://www.lftbcowboychurch.com/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Living-for-the-Brand-Cowboy-Church-103304148428/) this Sunday.

Please pray for our church, our "at risk" membership and our country as we face the Pandemic

Brother Dale Perry
